Abstract

This article is about the competences estipulatedes in brazilian legislationabout the public ministry when operate face the audit courts in Brazil. That legislation is not in accordance with the brazilian constitution of 1988. Besides, foreign lawsystems don’t support the options made by Brazilian legislation.
